Thanks for the info. Just to confirm, do you see this happening across browsers? Also, you could try using Incognito mode/Private browsing to see if that helps fixing the issue. Let us know and we'll see what we can do.

I filed a report, I hope it gets fixed soon, my old youtube channel, which is now deleted, was monetized.
