Haha! I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one.
Last year, I sent out an email that was looked over several times by 3 people and we all didn't realize that we forgot to include the link to our web page until after we sent it the list.

A3 It is so very easy to make a mistake and send it out. Create the campaign / write the email. Then walk away.
Come back later and proof it.
Then get someone else to proof it.
And have a plan about what to do when you STILL send it out with a mistake in it. :-(
