I usually go through my boards and delete low performing pins, but I'm not sure about this situation. I think you should leave it and instead focus on boosting the other post. #vcbuzz
Have you studied Pinterest strategy much? Just today we were discussing whether to delete a pin that outranks our own content, hoping our content will then rank OR leave it as an alternate path because that might not work @RyanMcCready1 #vcbuzz

I wouldn't delete it because you have two positions currently in the SERPs and if you delete it, you'll only have one. I would just work on pushing your website content up in the rankings.

I'd agree. Deleting should not help your own site to rank better... At least that's my guess

In that case, the person searched for the title of one of my posts and told me I should delete the pin because it was ranking. I said there was no guarantee doing that would cause my site to rank instead of the pin. I don't know which post. He didn't say.
