For last 2 of my orders same message is being copy pasted. "We regret to inform you that there is an uncertain delay in the delivery of your order due to operational issue." Atleast let us know what kind of operation u all r performing.

Hello, ORD397328493 has not been delivered yet. Your Delivery Agent called told me to come on the main road otherwise his target time will get missed.He is yet to deliver the product making the excuse of the Address issue. However Zepto ,swiggy has no issue
