Research finds that natural settings (parks, wilderness areas, urban green spaces and gardens) can help improve both physical and mental health. 🧠❤️🌎This is a great reason to spend more time connecting with nature.

It is OK... ▫️To not be OK all the time ▫️To admit that you are not OK to yourself and others ▫️To ask for help ▫️To say "no" or "not now" ▫️To take medication ▫️To fail or fall short in something ▫️To take some time for yourself It is OK. You've got this.

Even people on top of the world can feel sad & alone. We all get a turn sooner or later. When it's your turn, reach out and talk to a friend or family member. When you are feeling down more than that - seek help. That's how you can be strong & successful.
