    When I say Nutrition, I mean minerals, amino acids, protein, vitamins, hydration, sunlight. When I say Sleep, I mean unplugging wifi, turning off the phone, reducing blue light exposure prior to sleep, sleep mask, proper sleep posture, deep breathing. There are nuances to this.

    Recovery has been more than just getting off the drugs, it's been about unlearning literally everything I held true in my life, deconstructing it, and rebuilding a foundation that I am able to process everything and really grow from, and relearning everything anew.

    Through neurogenesis and biohacking, I am able to induce or suppress related gene expression that used to prevent this from occuring so I am able to function better in society and have some semblance of social understanding.

    Look at everything you could learn about your own biology if you actually took advantage of the genetic screening tools we have available to us. Shortterm and longterm health isn't worth digital privacy though, I know.
