We have lost our connection with the Great Mother who Creates. We grow out of Nature as apples grow out of the apple tree. But we have forgotten, and our collective Ego has gone malignant. We are blind to the miracle that is Life. It's time to open our eyes again.pic.twitter.com/O2AbgwSTmg

After over 50 years of thinking about this, reading and studying it, I now know the answer to this with complete certainty. It is because we came to understand the world around us through ideas, and not direct experience of the natural world. We objectified nature.
