My heart is bursting. On the eve of my first child's birth, my dad - who's been in prison nearly my entire life - was granted clemency. He never intended harm, yet his crime devastated many families. My heart breaks for the families that can never get their loved ones back.

Lots of people here spouting self rightous, holier than thou bullshit like they never made a mistake. The man did 35 years, who are you to say that wasn't enough? Go back to your rainbow and unicorn bedroom where you pretend you are the princess.

You're right I've never "made the mistake" of organizing a bank robbery and attempting to help 2 murderers get away What a dumb statement that is and what a dumb person you must be

Guess you'd forgive the getaway driver for the person that murdered a love one just as quickly ..
