    Love this! Not a knock on rehearsals, because they are vitally important when working on any project, but great ideas happen when you talk to others, not in a controlled setting (brain storming session, for example), but casually when you aren't consciously thinking about it.

    One day during rehearsals for DIRTY ROTTEN SCOUNDRELS, we were all outside in the South of France enjoying talking with each other over lunch -but cutting into rehearsal time. Michael sensed my concern and said, “Frank, this is more important than a rehearsal”. He was right.
