Total MH budget is $8.5 BILLION ..problem is money is frittered away on building empires and not on providing affordable treatment for patients.

Same old, same old. Death by a thousand cuts with little fanfare, then take the savings and announce it as 'new funding' just before an election. If you want to improve MH, improve things like wages, newstart/pension rates and housing affordability. Prevention & Support!
