I just went and bought some Nurofen Plus for my torn labrum. I'm on the surgery waiting list. Cost me $18.99 now that it's prescribed. About $13 more. That's not making medicine readily available for Australian patients.
The Senate has just passed our landmark reforms to the PBS - this ultimately means new medicines will be more readily available for Australian patients.

Does this include "hemp products"? I suffer from many conditions that cause severe pain in 80% of my life. I have run the gamut of painkillers the non habit forming ones and these are reducing in their capacity to work. I am anxiously waiting to trial hemp.
