I believe Kristina Keneally because the same thing happened to me. About a month ago, I went with my son to a Service Centre (not Top Ryde) to submit a Medicare Card transfer application. It took one hour and 15 minutes before anyone was available to check my son's ID
In the week Keneally claimed she waited an hour at the Ryde Service Centre, official data shows not a single person waited an hour. The average wait was less than 13 minutes. #Bennelong #auspol
