It's pretty clear that they want to reduce bulk billing (Hockey's budget with the co-payment plus the Medicare rebate freeze which is still in place for GP services). They're happy to claim credit for the BB rate in Bennelong though even though it's nothing to do with them

The Turnbull government didn't achieve this. Over supply of GPs and competition in Bennelong achieved this. It's not sustainable if you want quality medicine (but you know all of this)
