The Chief Medical Officer has just confirmed over 50,300 tests around Australia on Xmas Day. Over 39,000 in NSW. Many thanks to all of our testing and pathology staff and to the community for their amazing efforts in keeping Australia staff.

All those working on Christmas day 50,300 people lining up to get tested & fearing a positive test All because Our Federal Government has failed in Transport & Quarantine security so many Minister's with many Departments. Yet great exemptions for infected to skirt quarantine

Great to hear such high numbers. However devastated for regional NSW that testing capacity is VERY limited over the next 4 days in many areas, & yet many visitors from Greater Sydney area travelling to regional areas, this needs to be addressed urgently
