Bulk billing rates are not a good indicator of oop costs. You have had this explained to you multiple times since it first became your talking point in 2017. Just cause you keep repeating it, doesn't mean it's true
Your figures only reflect that you have FORCED GPs to bulk bill to access Telehealth rebates for their patients. If we did not bulk bill them the patients would get no rebate at all!

Medicare rebates are inadequate. The only reason for more bulk billing at present is Telehealth and the generosity of http://G.Ps when there is widespread unemployment and economic stress. Statistics need context.
