How about adult Australians? Mental illness is a lifetime illness. The services for adults are need of funding. The system is broken. Instead of listening to Pat McGorry how about listening to people with lived experiences of our broken mental health system.

Hi Vicki, community groups and mental health clinicians commissioned to review Medicare have put forward 14 Key recommendations to Gov't that improve access to mental health service for adults, adolescents and children. So let's hope the Gov't takes these recommendations up soon.

You are doing a fantastic job of flattening the curve for covid. The next pandemic you could be dealing with. Is a mental health Pandemic. Where are the resources for that? Not just for young people. All people with mental illness. They deserve timely & affordable access to care.

Headspace. Maybe I'll get a letter back from them one day. Not holding my breath. Along with cahms. Do you ever consult with the group that does the most mental health work by far. Finding to upskill gps and fix rebate is a much better idea.

2/2Will $24 m funding 2 employ more staff or change funding model so more attractive 2 GP& psychs? 2019 report suggests GP & psych engagement challenge.More so in Headspaces targeted,mainly rural & regional, areas well known for disadvantaged health care.
