Let's hope in all of this, you will consider the vulnerable (elderly, immune compromised, chronic illnesses, careers etc) in some way. Some policies need to be put in place for this portion of the population who cannot run out without a risk to their lives or who they care for...

How is it pointless to have a plan? Some states are ready to go to stage 3 now but others aren’t there yet. Premiers of each state decide when it will be implemented.
