#COVID19 can show no symptoms & unknowingly spread the infection - will you ensure that staff & resources will be provided? Experience shows once it is in a home it takes weeks to get it out & the impact on Residents is even worse. -
The problem is variation in restrictions, lack of consistent approach, and total lack of empathy & common sense. I have seen widely differing interpretations and implementation. Staff in facility are bigger infection risk to residents than their own family who remain in one room.
