The first case of novel coronavirus infection has been confirmed in Victoria. The patient, a man from Wuhan, flew to Melbourne from Guandong on 19 January. The patient is now in isolation in a hospital in Victoria.

I urge the Minister to ban all flights from China for a month to monitor the situation. The virus is out of control in China atm. Do not trust the world Health Organisation as they are corrupt!
