I know of an old lady who lives in her (soon to be repossessed) car because the age pension is too low. She's depressed because she lives in fear of being murdered or raped every night. I can't wait for your new plan to help her

Furthermore she lives in a rural city where no GPs bulk bill and so it would cost her over $40 just to get a referral to a mental health specialist and the wait time for such a specialist is up to 12 months.
