The way I read press release, it’s for the continuous glucose monitoring devices, and at $7k per pt p.a., probably includes device and sensors.

Makes zero sense as inabilty to 'cope' with health and finances leads to more people on inadequate welfare. Welfare recipients are treated like scum by BOTH parties. You dont wanna be one.
