Yes, they divide the population into fully vaxed and 'unvaxed'. Fully vaxed is double vaxed more than 2 weeks ago; 'unvaxed' is EVERYONE ELSE.

Passports have no room for such things. Nobody can explain why the vaccine somehow helps people who are now naturally immune. At least not in a way that's based in fucking reality.
