    I agree, Greg. That's the most important question here. But asking a coach who has one year remaining on his contract to prioritize player development - at all times - over Ws & Ls, isn't an ideal situation, IMO.

    We are at a point in the where we have 3 all league teams and we should identify the 15 best players in a respective season! If there are 9 of 15 best players in the backcourt then we should vote accordingly?

    Good decision but in keeping with the evolution of the game as we become less reliant on positions the first step should be to designate backcourt and front court! Being all league is more about identifying the “best” player not the best at a position...

    The NBA updated the ballot and put LaMarcus Aldridge at center. I was told he should've been there, and he is now—many bigs are listed at both center and forward. Good choice by the league. Ballots went out only 90 minutes ago.

    I would focus less on win total and more on player development...better to ask the question are the players improving?

    You can debate Hornacek’s lineups, minutes distribution & how he’s handled situations w/some players, but could another coach have increased NYK’s win total by a significant number given the circumstances (roster imbalance, talent gap, Porzingis & THJ injuries)? I’m not so sure.
