  2. I signed a law that makes it easier to prosecute human smugglers in Texas. The Texas Dept. of Public Safety, along with the Texas Guard, will be arresting anyone caught smuggling illegal immigrants into our state. They will be put behind bars, no catch & release.

  3. Biden's vaccine mandate is unconstitutional. Period. Texans shouldn't be forced to choose between their livelihood & a vaccine. I'm confident the Lone Star State will win any legal showdown my Executive Order may bring.

These illegal immigrants thought they were going to make it through by wearing camouflage clothing. 😂😂😂 Texas Dept. of Public Safety and Texas National Guard saw right through that. The illegal immigrants were arrested for trespassing on a ranch in Kinney County.

Early voting starts today in Texas. There are eight constitutional amendments on the ballot, including prohibiting the closing of churches. If you live in Austin, vote FOR Prop A to ensure we have the law enforcement needed to keep our community safe.

Texas has thousands of Texas Guard & Texas Dept. of Public Safety officers deployed to secure the border. We’re building a border wall. The Biden Administration has abandoned the people who live on the border, but Texas is keeping them & communities across the state safe.
