Perhaps you could take a few moments to research your statements rather than just post blatantly fabricated data in order to validate your opinions. Opinionscwhich are clearly based on your feelings rather than facts.https://www.edweek.org/ew/section/multimedia/data-us-graduation-rates-by-state-and.html?override=web …

Can some of this growth and prosperity take some of the burden off of the public schools? Use 100% of the school tax money on schools. You’re crippling small school districts especially small Ch 41 districts like Port Aransas ISD.

Probably one of the worst states to live in, with nearly a third of the children starving. That’s what happens when republicans (who pretend to be religious) run stuff. Disgraceful!
-
You are absolutely right. I would add one of the most racist GOVERNOR in the history of Texas . He is going to sue the Federal government to terminate The
#DreamAct with Tax payers money Really and Texans are ok with that? -
WE ARE EXCITED ABOUT IT!!
-
Good for you!! I hope we tax out of our home in the Texas to pay for stupid lawsuits As it is right now in some places in Texas taxes are higher than your home mortgage is ........
-
We're getting taxed out of our homes to pay for those who should NOT even be here. Far more is spent on welfare and other social programs that are draining us. You want lower taxes (as if it would ever happen), then you need to stop paying for freeloaders.
-
If the governor & the attorney general want to sue the Trump administration & the federal government I really don't have a problem with that But they should use their own money to do it. Do you know that by law the state of Texas can increase your properly tax by 20% every year
-
Rather silly statement. They are acting in the interest of the state & they file many lawsuits in attempt to benefit the state. That is what they are there for. Yes I am aware of the property tax burden. I pay nearly 10K a year & it is very unfair while some pay nothing at all.
-
I agree.. try over 14k There is fundamental distinction with reality with our government officials. Their spending is out of control and then they pass on the bill to us.

Too bad you aren't investing some of that great profit into education. Oh that's right, those businesses come here because of the sweet tax breaks then you load the burden onto homeowners by using school tax money to try and balance the budget.

Sadly, my home state of CA ranks DEAD LAST, again, for the 14th year in a row due to high taxation, excessive regulation, & high costs.
