And my personal experience with HUD to enforce city code for wheelchair access to sidewalks in communities built after the year of requirement proved itself a be a Terrorist organization against those requesting reasonable access to their mail

To date I still can’t get to my mail 1 mile away from my flat in the clubhouse mail room bc there is no curb access for wheelchairs for sidewalks to or through the security gate
