          @RatliffsCards My opinion Is that it's a combination of drawing down aquifers of water for the fracking AND fracking. Just an opinion though

          @Seamoon361 I think the RRC is the lead agency with respect to shale drilling. I believe TCEQ oversees aspects of air quality..
