Yeah but Texans can’t afford treatment. Texas has lowest rate of insurance for kids. So there’s that.

Dallas County patients get free health care without any insurance. The focus should be on health care not health insurance coverage. Direct care as in Dallas removes the middleman and improves patient care for these patients in need.
