    Recently it seems our Government's ministers are attempting to "assert authority over appointments to media and cultural institutions." Give us a seat at the table. People without colour need to stop disadvantaging us further to tackle "woke" culture.

    Things in Kenmure Street ramping up. More people arriving in support as the calls grow louder to “let them go”, cries of “shame in you” directed towards police and the UK Border Agency. This is a little earlier on but the protest is going strong.... showing no signs of stopping.

    Shocking. What started with unjustified violence against gatherings at a holy site in Ramadan is now large scale destruction. The govt in Israel bears responsibility for this deadly escalation and must lead on ending it. Our govt must also take action, particularly on arms sales.

    Even assuming, as the Israeli government claims, that a 13-storey residential tower in Gaza housed "an office that is used by the political leadership" of Hamas, how is it proportionate for an Israeli air strike to destroy the entire building?
