#miniholland not causing more congestion than was there already. Roadworks causing some. But also... too many cars. -

Check out council figures for increases on main roads on enjoywalthamforest site (Hoe St, LBR traffic up minimally, Forest Rd down)...

Plus TfL have said (for instance in intro to Human Streets) that bus delays along Hoe Street average zero mins...

That's just not a credible statistic and not borne out by my experience of trying to drive along Hoe Street, especially at weekends.
