GOPC has released an update to our fall report analyzing the Ohio Brownfield Remediation Fund awards. This report examines the $341 million awarded through all three rounds of the BRF & makes the case for allocating another $500 million to the program.

We are excited to share our priorities for the upcoming state budget cycle, which emphasis investing in programs that will help our cities, villages and townships redevelop and modernize, all keys to furthering resilient communities throughout Ohio.
There is still time to register for this Friday's Budget 101 webinar, as GOPC staff walk participants through the step by step process of enacting Ohio's two-year operating budget, will must pass by June 30. Space is limited so register now.

In early February 2023, the Ohio General Assembly will begin writing the next state transportation budget. This legislation sets transportation infrastructure investments for the next two years. Today, GOPC is releasing our funding recommendations.

please ask to veto the HB45 provisions that will negatively impact affordable housing development across Ohio including the Mahoning Valley.
