It isn't possible to install a build of an app signed with one key and then update to a build signed with a different key. If you obtain an app from the official F-Droid repository, you're generally not going to be able to update it with Aurora Store. Signing keys are pinned.
Please ask for support on the #grapheneos IRC / Matrix channel. This isn't an appropriate place to seek support. You'll need to much more clearly explain what's going on for the channel. It's really not clear from this tweet. You may be trying to do something that's incorrect.

The only way you would be able to update it is if F-Droid ships the same build of the app that's published on the Play Store. They almost always make their own builds of apps. Please get further support on the
#grapheneos channel. This account is for announcements, not support.
