Using which browser / OS? Our servers don't support TLS versions older than TLS 1.2 or ciphers without forward secrecy so ancient unmaintained browsers won't work. This is an industry standard though, so it would be surprising if this caused problems you don't have elsewhere.

If I'm on 3a will I need to da fact reset when upgraded to android 11

The only people that were prompted to factory reset are those that upgraded to the cancelled Beta release on a Pixel 3a or 3a XL and then tried to upgrade to the next release based on Android 10. It's not a problem upgrading to Android 11. Only an issue with that cancelled Beta.
