GrapheneOS 2019.09.21.18 preview release is being pushed out via the Beta channel: https://grapheneos.org/releases#2019.09.21.18 … This is much closer to being ready for production usage. A few things need porting from Pie and the display settings need to be fixed as some aren't showing up / working.

The project is in an early stage of development and is focused on substance rather than marketing, so little attention has gone towards making content for the site. The section at https://grapheneos.org/#early-stage-of-development … is very relevant, especially the 2nd paragraph. You need to look on GitHub.
The old usage guide and technical overview are archived at https://github.com/AndroidHardeningArchive/documentation … and need to be rewritten for the new site. There's a list of the other trackers at https://grapheneos.org/contact#reporting-issues …. For current features, see the commits in the repositories, and for planned ones see these trackers. It will take time to make a proper usage guide and technical overview. If you have specific questions, please ask.

The old usage guide and technical overview were far from comprehensive, but they're a good place to get an idea about what the project is focused on doing and some of the past work. Unfortunately, a malicious person / company tried to wipe out this project, and recovery is slow.
