GrapheneOS now has official support for building the armv7, x86 and x86_64 targets in addition to arm64. Only the arm64 and x86_64 targets can support the expected security features but the others are useful for testing. Generic and emulator build targets are also now supported.
For production use, device targets with full verified boot, minimal kernels with only the necessary modules, specialized SELinux policies and full security updates covering all device-specific code / firmware components are necessary. Generic targets are meant for development.
