The GrapheneOS releases page has been moved from the update server domain at https://seamlessupdate.app/ to https://grapheneos.org/releases . The releases themselves are still published via the https://seamlessupdate.app/ domain and will remain available through it. It may get a subdomain alias.
It's quite stable overall, and each release is tested before being pushed out via the Beta channel and then to the Stable channel from there. It does have assorted issues that need to be worked through caused by latent memory corruption bugs uncovered by some of the features.

Those issues are present without the GrapheneOS changes, but they get detected on GrapheneOS, causing the code to abort instead of having silent memory corruption. It makes some of these existing issues much more apparent. It would be much worse if AOSP wasn't such a robust OS.

These issues are almost always with device-specific code, because the shared platform code is so well tested including with tools designed to uncover memory corruption and other issues. Devices tend to become more stable over time as these are worked through upstream.
