Official releases of GrapheneOS are available via https://seamlessupdate.app/ . The initial release is PQ2A.190405.003.2019.04.01.19 and is being pushed out as an over-the-air update replacing the AndroidHardening project. The sources are released via tags at https://github.com/GrapheneOS .
The https://seamlessupdate.app/ domain was registered for the update system before the GrapheneOS name was chosen. The official site will end up being at https://grapheneos.org/ with https://seamlessupdate.app/ remaining as the primary update server but with a redirect for the web page.
The https://grapheneos.org/ site will provide installation instructions, building instructions, a usage guide, a technical overview of the OS and assorted coverage of relevant software / hardware / firmware topics like verified boot, ARMv8.5 memory tagging, IOMMUs and so on.
