Also I don't know how it was "flagged for review" when it was a private video with 0 views. Who flagged it? Your automated system did. Because it had the word elliot in the title. This video got a strike but it broke no guidelines. Fix it.

This is the video we're talking about. This is the same exact video as "elliot amv". Identify the hate speech. You can't because you're a worthless bot. https://youtu.be/WrMXvPzba-8

Thanks, saw that reuploaded video but checked the URL provided in the description -- sorry for the confusion. Still the "elliot amv" video was correctly taken down, but not for hate speech. That specific video received violated our policies on harmful/dangerous content.

I'm surprised somebody has yet to sue YouTube because of how out of line they are how they take down channels that don't deserve to be yet keep channels that record dead hanging bodies. Explain

Who’s going to sue YouTube/Google? They’re in the pockets of any company that would have the financial clout to sue them, and so they have no reason to. The only people who want to sue are dissapointed users, and I doubt even combined that they would have the funds needed.

Plus I doubt there is any legal standing for it. As far as I’m aware, their only obligation is to their terms of service, which they decide on (which is within their rights), and to which they can make as vague and flexuous as they like.
