I didn’t look much but is there any way to have permanent filters setup for a specific project ? Basically, we have tons of useful debug output and the idea is to put prefixes on them and be able to look at what we want every time we début out main app. See what I mean ?

I think you're talking about auto filtering debug output. If so, that's a very requested feature that I am working on at the moment.

Just to clarify, we debug our main software and we prefixed all our debug output with like [foo], [bar], etc... And we'd like to have those filters pinned whenever we start a new debug session of our soft. Is it what you're talking about ? :)
