VS has bookmarks. Ctrl k + k to add, Ctrl k + n to move to next.

How odd. Bookmarks have been part of VS for a long long time. I just checked on my copy of VS2017 Community, and it's there. Maybe you're on VS Code? If not, there should be a VIEW | Other Windows | Bookmark Window.
