The IA Supreme Court struck down a ban on telemedicine abortions in 2015. Not sure if they relied on Iowa or US Constitution, or both. They have relied on IA Constitution in some criminal rights cases to find broader rights.
The IA Supreme Court has held that the Iowa Constitution has broader Due Process rights than US Constitution. So they can rely on IA Constitution which cannot be reviewed by SCOTUS.
