See, what *I* do, is I purposefully avoid the meal packed with sodium in favor of another one, and THEN, I try to put a *little* salt on it, the cap falls off the shaker, and I eat the ruined food anyway, because I’m hungry at midnight. That’s how *I* do it.

My thesis work was related to hypertension. Realistically some people do have “salt sensitivity” which drives their high blood pressure. But CV regulation is complex, and many people are not salt sensitive, but still have HBP
