Arbitration works fine when you have sophisticated businesses on both sides with independent & seasoned arbitrators.

But when an arbitrator screws up or does something that feels unfair, there's basically nothing a court can do (absent fraud).

For lawyers who've been through multiple arbitrations, the Tom Brady appeal was a yawner. System is stacked in favor of arbitrator.
