Has anyone seen any survey research that expresses federal income taxes paid as a percentage of net worth rather than annual income?

Do you think it's meaningful that top 1% pays like 10x as much income tax as bottom half?
-
Do you mean in dollars or as a % rate? If you compare income tax to income tax, it can be meaningful if you know what you're measuring.
