this was interesting, but I back United. They were flying on employee passes. Shouldn’t United allow to set standards for that?

they have clear guidelines. These were not paying customers.

As for dress code, sure they can have one. This application of it seemed heavy handed. YMMV.

The response has been terrible... but I did see this *may* have been non-rev passengers who actually do have a dress code.

And often people given the pass by a friend who is an employee don't know that. Still, the twitter account response is terrible.
