@ODFReport UIGEA already designates fantasy as a game of skill. Fed supremacy applies. Burden would be on state to assert otherwise. Ask NJ.

@joebrennanjr (2/2) UIGEA does not preempt state law. It's a completely different legal issue than NJ faces in PASPA.
