@Poker_Hack If NJ sports betting scheme stands (and I doubt it), wouldn't consider it "grey market". Clearly legal and privately regulated.

@Poker_Hack State will not be directly regulating (or regulating at all). But sports betting would be clearly legal, so not a "grey market".

@Poker_Hack Guess I view "grey market" as one where legality is unclear/dubious. Many businesses are in unregulated markets, but not "grey".

@Poker_Hack If you need a lawyer to craft an opinion letter that might or might not prevent criminal prosecution, you're in a grey market.
