@Poker_Hack Guess I view "grey market" as one where legality is unclear/dubious. Many businesses are in unregulated markets, but not "grey".

@Grange95 unregulated markets as opposed to markets of dubious/uncertain legality. It's what Stars would have argued in 2006. Hence my point -
@Poker_Hack Monmouth Park taking a sports bet today is in a whole other legal universe than Stars/Tilt/et al. taking poker bets in 2006.
