Grange, explain this to me. If Bernie was viable on the first vote, how can his numbers go DOWN on the 2nd vote? I thought if you were viable the first time people can't leave you on the second vote. They can only leave you if you were not viable.

You have the rules correct. That was new this year; prior years you could leave in subsequent rounds. The most likely explanations: a) counting or reporting error (miscount, typo, or transposed numbers), b) voter(s) left the caucus after Round 1 (actually fairly common)
