Ok, so as an almost 40 year old man, I have primarily eaten New York Strip my entire adult life, well because it kicks ass. So if I were going to try another cut, that's *cough* healthier *cough* but don't want to sacrifice too much taste... what should I aim for?

But in steakhouses with traditional range of cuts, NY Strip is my go-to cut. Great flavor, firmer than filet, leaner than ribeye.
